The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 7:30pm in virtual format.
Please make note of the following:
Before logging on, owners should change their display name to their Unit Address and Last Name into the ZOOM app. If calling in, owners will be asked to identify themselves and their address.
For security reasons, the host will not allow any unrecognized attendees to join the meeting.
Please note that this meeting is only for Association owners and the Board of Directors will be conducting Association business.
There will be an open comment period at the end of the meeting.
The questions and comments from the audience will be entertained during the open comment period.

The Tivoli Community Association Board of Directors has been keeping abreast of the very fluid situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Board of Directors has taken the following actions:
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meetings
Exterior alteration applications can be submitted via email and will be reviewed by the ACC through electronic means.
The Community Center remains closed to all traffic.
The on-site manager is available through email (tivoli.community@verizon.net) and phone (301-929-8513).
The playground areas at the Community Center and on Wilcox Court continue to be closed off to all traffic & and use.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping to maintain a safe environment while out in the community.
