About Us



 Tivoli, located in Silver Spring, Maryland, is a beautiful community featuring 11 acres of open space as well as a natural wooded parkland surrounding each neighborhood. Convenient to Metro and downtown Washington D.C., the community is located in Montgomery County. Developed by Richmarr Construction Company, which broke ground in 1985, the community consists of 527 single family homes and town homes and is governed by a Homeowners Association. 

The Tivoli Community Center has an event space for private gatherings featuring a natural field stone fireplace and kitchenette as well as a photo gallery of scenes from the community. On Jan 1, 2010 the rental fee increased to $400.00 per day with a security deposit of $300.00. You may download an application and review the regulations for its use on line or pick up these forms at the Community Center during office hours.

The Community Center, located at 13101 Nordic Hill Dr, also has a sauna, exercise room, and children's tot lot, as well as a picnic area and picnic tables. In addition, the resident manager maintains an on -site office for residents to drop by and say hello! You may call the office at 301-929-8513.

The Exercise Room is available to all residents 18 years and older. Please do not leave children unattended in the facility.

The Tivoli Community Association provides free bulk trash pickup. If you wish to dispose of bulk trash you may contact J & J Trash at 1-800-465-2350 to schedule a bulk trash pickup. If you have hazardous waste please, call Montgomery County at (301) 840-2370.

Regular trash may be placed outside after 6 pm the night before your pick up day. It must be in metal or plastic cans with tight fitting lids per Montgomery County regulations.

All trash and recycle bins must be removed the day of your pickup. Leaves and lawn waste should be bagged in brown bags and put out with recycles. These items should not be dumped into the woods or common areas.
